Sable was owner handled by Libby de Mille, finishing her championship quickly and obtaining breeds easily.

She was a very smooth elegant bitch that flowed around the ring saying “HERE I AM”.

Professional handler, Andy Linton saw her and the rest is history. Andy went on to show Sable for about a year. She went Best in Specialty Show at the Greater San Diego Whippet Association, and the next day at the All Breed Show, The Country Club Classic she went Best In Show. She obtained many Group 1’s and Group placements in that short time.

At the American Whippet Club National Specialty Sable was a top 20 contender, and also received #1 Select at Westminster Kennel Club , shown by her owner Libby.

Due to a tragic accident Sable was unable to fulfill her destiny as a brood bitch.
